When seeking a Bed and Breakfast in Natchez, we were told to call Valerie at Pleasant Hill and she would take care of us. She surely did. Pleasant Hill is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms (we stayed in the queen) are spacious and well appointed. They open onto a lovely sun room with a view of the beautiful back yard. Valerie and John are gracious hosts. They invited us up for drinks and Valerie gave us a tour of this impressive historic home. We toured other Antebellum homes in Natchez, but it was a pleasure to see how people actually live comfortably in these homes today. Valerie even made dinner reservations for us for my wife’s birthday at a lovely restaurant nearby. If you want to be treated royally, stay at Pleasant Hill.
